How can I earn Velocity Points on my Youfoodz orders?     

To earn Velocity Points with Youfoodz, you must enter your first name, last name and Velocity membership number into the relevant fields at the checkout when you place an order via youfoodz.com or on the Youfoodz App (iOS App version 2020.4 or later). Both the first and last name entered must correctly match the first and last name associated with the Velocity account. Velocity membership details must be recorded at the time of the transaction to be eligible for Velocity Points.

How many Velocity Points can I earn for each Youfoodz order?

Velocity members will earn 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent on all eligible* Youfoodz orders that are made via youfoodz.com or on the Youfoodz App (iOS App version 2020.4 or later).

Velocity Points will be earned on the amount of the order payable by the member for the relevant Youfoodz purchase excluding delivery fees.

*A minimum spend of $49 (incl. GST) is required in order to earn Velocity Points.

Is there a minimum spend on my Youfoodz order?

Yes.  Youfoodz have a minimum spend of $49 (incl. GST) per order, excluding delivery fees.

Can I earn Velocity points on a recurring Youfoodz order?
Yes.  You can earn 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent on a recurring Youfoodz order for eligible purchases (excluding delivery fees).
How long does it take after I have placed my order to receive my Velocity Points?
Velocity Points will be credited to your Velocity account, regardless of payment type within 10 working days of successful payment of each Youfoodz order.
I have checked my Velocity Frequent Flyer account and haven’t received my Velocity Points, what do I do?

Velocity Points will be credited to your Velocity account, regardless of payment type within 10 days of successful payment of each Youfoodz order.

If 10 days has passed and you have not received your Velocity Points, please contact the Velocity Membership Centre for assistance on 13 18 75 with the following:

  • Velocity membership number
  • Member first name
  • Member surname
  • Order date of purchase

What if I have an issue with my Youfoodz order?
For any order issues, please phone the Youfoodz customer service team on (07) 3633 0708 or email hungry@youfoodz.com within 7 days of receiving your order.  Photos of the meal and / or delivery will be required to assist with the Youfoodz investigation of the order issue.
I have cancelled my Youfoodz order.  Do I get to keep the Velocity points I have earned from that order?

No.  Velocity Points won’t be awarded for cancelled orders.

What happens if I return products or if my delivery is stolen?  Will I still receive my Velocity Points?

Yes.  If you return products or if your delivery is stolen, you will still receive your Velocity Points earned from that order.

What happens if I forget to enter in my Velocity membership number at the checkout when I place my order?

You won’t be eligible to earn Velocity Points if you don’t enter in your Velocity membership number into the relevant field at the checkout when you place your order.
