What happens if my recurring order payment fails?

If we aren't able to collect your payment on the first try, we will reattempt two more times in the next hour. If we still aren't able to collect your payment, we unfortunately won't be able to process your order.

We’ll send you an email notification letting you know your payment has failed and that your order has been cancelled to keep you in the loop. But don’t worry, you can simply log in and create a new recurring order whenever you need to!
