Can I pause/cancel my recurring order?

Maybe you’re going on holiday or just need a break – that’s not a problem! You can cancel your recurring order by logging into your account and going to the recurring orders tab. At the bottom of the page you can select cancel. Easy! 

Unfortunately our "pause" button is still a work in progress, but you can select a delivery date in the future from the drop down to choose when you want your next order.

If your order has already processed and you want to cancel, please contact our Customer Service Team.
