Your delivery time will depend on what window you have selected at the checkout! You can check out our different delivery windows here to see what is right for you.
For a business or gated/highrise address, we endeavour to deliver between 8am and 5pm. For residential addresses, we get on the road nice and early to start delivering between 12am and 5pm.
We will send you a pre-delivery notification on the day before your delivery arrives so that you have early access to your tracking info! Once the driver starts the route, your ETA will update and you will get a small 4 hour window as well as an accurate time of arrival so you know what time to expect your order to be dropped off. You will also receive one last notification once your order has arrived. Talk about keeping you in the loop, Fam!
Unfortunately, there is no option to select a specific delivery time at this stage but we will make sure you know exactly what time your order is coming and will keep you updated via text in the event of a delay.
